Construction Management Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civils Supervisor to join our Water division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing construction projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Performance Indicators- Project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Effective management of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Maintenance of accurate records of project activities.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- Proven experience working in a supervisory role on civil engineering projects, preferably within the water industry.
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
