About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team at Worthy & True Ltd, a leading digital marketing agency in the Bath area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
Requirements
  • Proven experience in paid media, preferably in a digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Experience with campaign tracking and optimization using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
