About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified French Teacher to join our thriving Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach French at KS3 and KS4 levels, with a strong emphasis on creating engaging and interactive lessons.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach French to students at KS3 and KS4 levels, developing a curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Design and implement lesson plans that promote language acquisition, cultural awareness, and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Departmental policies and strategies.

Requirements:

  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification with QTS.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
