Job Opportunity

Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned work/lessons to various year groups, creating a positive learning environment, and working collaboratively with teaching assistants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work effectively with teaching assistants and staff to achieve academic and personal goals
  • Manage pupil behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
  • Deliver high-quality lessons and assessments, adhering to school policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:

  • Valid teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS)
  • Nurturing and caring approach with young people
  • DBS on the update service or a DBS issued within the last 12 months
  • 2 teaching references
