Our mission is to provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education, those seeking additional support, and individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status to provide personalized learning support in the core subjects of Maths, English, and Science to students who are not currently accessing mainstream education.

The ideal candidate will have experience tutoring core subjects and be able to work effectively with students who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personalized learning support to students in Maths, English, and Science
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless transition and progress for students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience tutoring core subjects
  • Experience working with students with SEND or disengaged pupils
  • UK classroom teaching experience
  • Be creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box
