Healthcare Support Worker

At Nationwide Care Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to adults in need of support.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing person-centred care services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive care services.
- Undertaking administration duties, risk assessments, and initial assessments of service users.
- Conducting spot checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Developing and maintaining social activities and individual social networks.
- Contributing to accurate and detailed record-keeping.
- Encouraging service users to undertake tasks independently.
- Maintaining service users' individuality, dignity, and freedom of choice.
- Performing other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who has worked within care before. A QCF level 2 qualification is desirable, and you must hold a FULL UK driving licence.
