Interim HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
A highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor is required by Macmillan Davies to provide strategic support to the team on a short-term basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Business Partners to deliver a comprehensive, commercially-focused HR service, including the management of employee relations cases, monitoring of people processes, and provision of coaching and development to people managers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the People Business Partners in ensuring the delivery of a commercially-focused HR service.
- Manage employee relations cases end to end, working at an operational level to resolve complex issues and address grievances.
- Monitor mandated and cyclical people processes, such as probation reviews, performance conversations, and year-end reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching, development, and challenge to people managers on all people-related matters.
- Work collaboratively with the broader People function to deliver strategic initiatives and improve the employee experience.
