Job Title: Senior Project Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project or group of projects as designated by the Project Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure robust cost management processes are undertaken with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis on hand to assist in commercial decisions.
- Ensure all Project Team members (including site staff) understand the contractual arrangements, to satisfy Client & Partner organisation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify, implement and monitor efficiency plans throughout the lifecycle of a project or programme of projects.
- Maintain records and financial information (including final accounts) for audits and cost assurance.
Requirements:
- Thorough working knowledge of water infrastructure/non-infrastructure sectors.
- A good understanding of construction methodologies and practices.
- IT proficient with Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Excel.
- Valid driving licence to enable travel to live sites across the East Midlands region.
