About the Role

This 6-month contract position is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their expertise and skills within the F1 industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely payments within agreed terms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize payment periods to suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain accurate KPI reports and dashboards to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for annual statutory account audits, including supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Design and implement a supplier portal using statement software.
  • Analyze and accurately process vendor invoices.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor ledgers and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable roles within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
