About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our engineering team. As an Engineering Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are achieved, working with technical and engineering personnel, and upholding health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize MRP and document control systems to create and maintain works order routings and data cards for manufactured products.
- Coordinate with other disciplines within Materials Solutions, including Sales, Operations, Quality, and Procurement.
- Support processing of product deviations and maintain engineering documentation storage.
- Support management and processing of engineering lessons learned and change control processes.
- Ensure the quality requirements are met during AM manufacturing to internal and customer requirements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a cross-functional and global team.
- Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work in a methodical way with attention to detail.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
