Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to work as an Electricity Account Collector with our client Greenbean. As a Customer Service Field Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will also ensure that customers' electricity meters are accurately recorded, which is essential for maintaining their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in person or over the phone
  • Accurately record customers' electricity meter readings
  • Work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about their accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Basic mathematical skills to accurately record meter readings
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (company car available)
