Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Insurance advice and solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new insurance business and related products.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product lines to provide expert advice to Clients.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
  • Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for client meetings.
