Change Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of the annual audit plan and delivering core Change audits to time, cost, and quality.
You will work closely with our experienced auditors to identify and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Your role will involve holding meetings with Senior Leaders across the Group for audit assignment purposes and influencing the embedding of risk management and controls into strategic decision making.
As a Change Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing audit plans to ensure effective risk management and control
- Conducting audits to identify and assess risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure audit findings are implemented and risk management is improved
- Providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and control to Senior Leaders
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Audit Manager who has a strong background in risk management and audit. You will have:
- A qualification in accounting or technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- One or more relevant professional certifications, such as Prince 2, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001
- Internal Audit experience or qualification is desirable
- An in-depth understanding of the principles of effective project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Life and Pensions insurance industry, particularly project management related to products and technology, as well as risk management
