About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Executive to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating conferences, managing membership enquiries, and representing the business at events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the business at events and conferences, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate conferences, including logistics, catering, and speaker arrangements.
  • Manage membership enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with company events, including setup, registration, and coordination.
  • Basic website management, including updating content and ensuring accuracy.
  • Lead award events, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role, possessing high levels of organization, interpersonal skills, and financial/budgeting expertise. Experience in the UK rural sector, particularly in the dairy industry, would be highly advantageous. You will be based within a reasonable commute of Stoneleigh Park, with a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
