Account Manager Job Overview

The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for managing a workforce of up to 200 workers per day, overseeing both day and night shifts, and liaising with the Planning department on additional needs and/or extra workers on site.

Your primary duties will include meeting and greeting staff upon arrival, signing workers in on timesheets, issuing site access cards, allocating workers to the correct department, supporting workers through site turnstiles, managing fulfilment, and conducting bag searches. You will also be responsible for managing locker areas, workers through changing rooms, and submitting accurate and completed timesheets to departmental managers.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
