Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers, in line with Il Gattopardo's beverage standards.
  • Manage the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality beverages.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of beverage menus and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
