Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to the Supervising Partner and having experience in both Business and Private Immigration. Key areas of expertise include Visa (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors), Sponsor Licence Applications, Advice on migrant employees, Settlement in the UK/ Indefinite Leave to Remain, Extension applications, British Citizenship, Human Rights & Asylum, Deportation & Removals, Subject Access Requests, and EEA Applications.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct, generate fees in accordance with agreed targets, and adhere to deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum and up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years PQE as a solicitor in Immigration Law
  • Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct
  • Strong IT skills
  • Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
  • Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
  • Proven experience of handling own caseload
  • Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
  • Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
