About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team at LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Roving Healthcare Units, providing essential healthcare services to underserved communities across the Midlands. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a focus on quality, safety, and effective teamwork.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities for professional development and career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting risk assessments, including legionella and fire safety, ensuring all sites meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with the Quality and Compliance Manager to implement improvements and share best practices.
  • Maintaining oversight of operational compliance, ensuring clinics meet all CQC and health and safety requirements.
  • Supporting infection prevention and control (IPC) audits by reviewing operational processes and vehicle standards.
