Job Title: Commercial Landscaping Manager

Location: Oxford and surrounding areas

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscaping Manager to join our team in the Oxford area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing small teams and delivering high-quality commercial grounds maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working independently or as part of a small team, and possess excellent customer service skills. A valid driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between sites.

About the Job:

  • Manage a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives
  • Deliver high-quality commercial grounds maintenance services on various multi-site properties
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the work carried out
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and maintain company vehicles

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing small teams and delivering commercial grounds maintenance services
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with clients
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles
