About the Role

As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the department. You will also be actively involved in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on employment law matters, including restrictive covenant disputes and employment tribunal litigation
  • Provide expert guidance to employers on day-to-day workplace issues
  • Draft and advise on settlement agreements
  • Support corporate clients with employee handbooks and data protection issues
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with a passion for employment law and a desire to work within a dynamic and supportive team. You should have a proven track record of advising on a broad range of employment issues and be comfortable working on complex matters.

What We Offer

This role comes with a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000+, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 28 days of annual leave, company pension, private health plan, flexible working options, and performance-based bonuses.
