About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Surveyor to join our National Valuation Team at Bruton Knowles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out Red Book valuations and providing expert valuation services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Red Book valuations and provide expert valuation services to clients
  • Work closely with our National Valuation Team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the trade-related valuation sector
  • Travel throughout the region to meet with clients and conduct site visits
Requirements
  • Chartered Surveyor qualification with a strong background in valuation
  • Registered Valuer status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems
