We are seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of Executive Director at The Early Learning Hub in Wilton. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to join our team and lead by example.

Our new service is set to open in 2025, but we require the successful applicant to start before then. We offer a flexible start date to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles within a childcare service, preferably as a Director or Deputy Director. They will also need to possess a valid ECT qualification or be willing to undertake the training.

A passion for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is essential, along with a thirst for lifelong learning. Proven ability to successfully manage a team and excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.

The successful applicant will have thorough knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations, laws, and national quality framework. All relevant checks, including WWCC and certificates, must be up-to-date.
