Technical Support Engineer - Boilers and Renewables

At Mitchell Maguire Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support to merchants, contractors, installers, and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for a range of heating solutions, including boilers, heat tanks, and renewable heat pumps.
  • Act as a technical advisor for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support on central heating products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of central heating products, including boilers, heat tanks, and renewable heat pumps.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
