Project Manager - Heathrow T2BHS

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle for the non-baggage infrastructure supporting Heathrow's new T2 Baggage Handling System (T2BHS). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading construction sequencing, phasing, and constructability reviews to ensure project efficiency.
  • Developing integrated delivery schedules to meet project objectives.
  • Managing package managers for disciplines such as CSA, MEPh systems, and structural modifications.
  • Overseeing external link bridge construction, service diversions, and MEPh, BMS, security, and fire safety installations.
  • Ensuring safety and health best practices on site and setting project objectives, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Supporting design management, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Heathrow and baggage systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Civil3D, BIM360, Bentley MicroStation 3D, and Point Cloud is essential.
  • Large infrastructure project experience is required.
