About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at TSB Bank plc. As a key member of our Legal & Co-Sec department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial property expertise to internal stakeholders, including Estate Management and Facilities Management Teams.
  • Manage a broad spectrum of property matters, including lease renewals, lease re-gears, lease surrenders, and dilapidations settlements.
  • Work closely with external lawyers to manage transactional and property litigation matters.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke training to internal stakeholders on property law and related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations, and provide guidance to the team.

Requirements
  • A demonstrable background in commercial property law, with several years of PQE experience.
  • Hands-on experience of a broad spectrum of property matters, including lease renewals, lease re-gears, and dilapidations settlements.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Experience of managing an extensive and varied workload, including transactional and property litigation matters.
  • Confidence in organizing and providing bespoke training to internal stakeholders.
