Job Overview

Fluid Fusion is seeking a Digital Content Activation Manager to lead the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class digital marketing plans to recruit consumers and enhance sales across UK retailers.
  • Build and maintain a UK Digital Activation Toolkit.
  • Manage Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation Providers.
  • Work with the marketing team to build and deploy the perfect online presence.
  • Be responsible for flawless, end-to-end individual digital campaign content planning, management, and execution.


Candidate Requirements

  • Best-in-class digital marketing experience working with drinks or FMCG brands developed in either a consumer brand owner or marketing agency.
  • At least 2-3 years of practical hands-on exposure to delivering excellent digital content activations across online platforms.
  • Good consumer brand experience from Drinks, FMCG, or other consumer goods markets.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Established social media development and tracking skills.
