We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all patients
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing wait times
  • Work closely with our dental team to understand treatment options and provide accurate information to patients
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt, ensuring accurate and timely financial management
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organizations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Key Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
