**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at a leading SEN secondary school in South East London.

The successful candidate will work alongside our multidisciplinary team, supporting students with PMLD/ASD, to help them achieve their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who can adapt to the needs of our students, providing personalized support and creating a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • To provide high-quality support to students with PMLD/ASD, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • To assist with lesson planning and delivery, helping students to engage with their vocational studies.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and communication with teachers and other professionals.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of children with PMLD/ASD and experience working in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and legal right to work in the UK.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of £90-£105 per day, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
