Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times, adhering to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
