About this Opportunity

A challenging role in a fast-paced and innovative team, responsible for managing the Next Generation Talent delivery plan and ensuring coordinated delivery across the team. The successful candidate will also drive enhancements to the customer/colleague experience for graduate and undergraduate programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for activities such as induction, development events, cohort engagement activities, and roll-off processes.
  • Establish effective reporting on KPIs for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate NGT impact reporting to tell a complete story of the impact of our proposition.
  • Work with Group Proposition lead to optimise team resource and budget associated with programme delivery.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of all activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the planning and execution of activities, ensuring programmes evolve in line with best practices and organisational goals.

What you'll need

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in looking at and designing colleague experience.
  • Experience in designing talent management programmes.
  • Personal line management or team leadership experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, confident in interacting with senior stakeholders.
