About the Role

This is a newly created opportunity for a strong administrator to join a busy but super friendly HR and L & D team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

Your role will be to provide administrative support for HR and Learning and Development, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

You will deal with all administration surrounding graduate recruitment, work experience candidates, and apprenticeships, providing a high level of service to our clients and candidates.

You will also work closely with the L & D Manager to support accreditation and leadership schemes, contributing to the development of our team members.

Whilst the role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, there is a strong chance that it will become permanent, offering stability and growth opportunities.

Hybrid and flexible working is on offer, and part-time hours can be considered, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.
