About this Role:

Our client is seeking a Housing Stock Inspector to join their team in the North West area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough property assessments using a range of tools and techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Conduct detailed assessments of social housing properties to identify any potential defects or hazards
  2. Record findings using a tablet device, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection
  3. Analyse and interpret data to inform decisions on maintenance and repairs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A strong background in surveying or a related field, preferably with experience in stock condition assessment
  • Familiarity with the HHSRS system and its application in social housing settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software, including tablets and mobile devices

With an estimated annual salary of [£35,000 - £45,000], this role offers a competitive package for the right candidate.
