Health and Safety Manager

Antifriction Components Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety & Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our HSQ processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HSQ policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and report on HSQ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure HSQ objectives are aligned with business goals.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSQ procedures and best practices.
- Proven experience in HSQ management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
