£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

">Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Building Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of building safety strategies across our housing stock. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.

  • Coordinate access to quality information related to building safety compliance;
  • Lead the development and implementation of building safety strategies;
  • Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with safe practices;
  • Maintain and manage the 'Golden Thread' of safety information;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building safety management, with experience in coordinating and assuring building-related activities. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Building Safety Legislation;
  • Relevant Asset Management, Construction and/or Fire Safety qualifications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Candidates must be able to speak fluent English, with confidence and accuracy sufficient for the effective performance of their role.
