We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our Investment Operations team in London as a Vice President, Investment Operations Trade Analyst. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Front Office and contributing to the development of the Investment Operations function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate information provision to the Front Office, adapting to changing environments.
  • Contribution to the development of the Investment Operations function, providing services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintenance of oversight of trade execution and settlement, including JPM IOS monitoring.
  • Collaboration with the front office to set up brokers and markets through proper processes.
  • Execution of asset transfers between custody accounts, actively monitoring derivative collateral exposures and balances against client-defined thresholds.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Numerate and able to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in investment management middle or back office processes.
