HVAC Technician Lead (Scotland)

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled HVAC Technician to lead our team's maintenance efforts in Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess experience in heating and gas, as well as HVAC and mechanical and electrical engineering.

Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician Lead, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks at commercial work sites. This includes maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting regular checks, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of site machinery
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
  3. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance and repairs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation Package:
  • £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
