Job Title: Space Operations Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Space Operations Transformation Consultant to join our team at Anson McCade. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the UK Government's complex operations and driving value across its strategic Space initiatives and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Defence Air & Space to support the MoD and its partnering Space Agencies in delivering complex technology and transformation programmes.
  • Develop and implement operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Design and deliver optimal business architecture for digital strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business development initiatives and leverage your deep network within the Space Domain.

Requirements:

  • British Passport Holder with active MoD DV Clearance.
  • Established network within UK Space Command, DE&S, and UK Strategic Command.
  • Experience in a senior client-facing role at a Blue Chip Consulting firm.
  • Expertise in the UK Space Domain with knowledge of Government/MoD Space projects.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 (DoE).
  • Bonus - 10%.
  • DV Bonus £10,000.
