Job Title: Electronic Bench Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Bench Engineer to join our team at The Venari Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing high-end radio products to the component level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex radio systems, including portables, mobiles, and repeaters
  • Utilize soldering skills and electronic component identification to diagnose and repair issues
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to repair customer products, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct extensive troubleshooting to the component level for both analogue and digital systems
  • Request parts from the stockroom and maintain accurate repair records
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and provide technical advice to supervisors
  • Train lower-level technicians to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with RF communications and radio systems
  • Understanding of RF theory and basic electronics to the component level
  • Proficiency in using communications analyzers, electrical circuit troubleshooting, and test equipment operation
