About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stock Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for locating, packing, and promptly processing stock to ensure it is beautifully presented to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and promptly transferring stock in and out of store.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without NEXT sponsorship.

Assessment Process:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial Interview.
