Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic education support assistant to work with children with additional needs in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. As a psychology student or graduate, you will bring valuable insights into the complexities of child development and behavior.

In this role, you will assist teachers and other support staff in providing tailored support to children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with schools to develop effective strategies and interventions that promote positive outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £12-£15 per hour, paid through PAYE, along with guaranteed work agreements that ensure consistent income. Our FREE continued professional development training (CPD) includes Team Teach, which will help you develop your skills and confidence in the role.
