We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing expert tax advice to our clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Lead tax advisory projects, including share restructuring and client exit strategies.
  • Communicate complex tax matters to clients and represent them in dealings with HMRC.
  • Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.

Requirements

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering tax advisory services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
