Salary
We offer competitive salaries for this role, with bandings ranging from £27,500 to £28,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer.
Job Description
In this exciting role as an Early Years Trainer or Trainee, you will support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- SUPPORTING A CASELOAD OF 45 LEARNERS ACROSS YOUR REGION, FACE TO FACE AND REMOTELY
- DELIVERING A RANGE OF AWARD-WINNING QUALIFICATIONS
- CREATING APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR LEARNERS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE AND DEVELOP THEIR INTERESTS AND CAREER
- UTILISING OUR E-PORTFOLIO SYSTEM TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE THE LEARNER JOURNEY
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN EARLY YEARS, OR EQUIVALENT IS ESSENTIAL
- significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- IT COMPETENT WITH WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE
