Scaffolding Contract Manager Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to lead our scaffolding projects. As a successful candidate, you will have extensive knowledge of NASC standards and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
About the Role:
- Develop and manage scaffolding contracts from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with NASC guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
