About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Operative to join our team at DC Personnel. As an Apprentice Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate extrusion machines efficiently and effectively.
  • Set up and run production machinery, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Perform quality checks during shifts to guarantee product excellence.
  • Pack products correctly, following strict guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in similar roles is preferred, but not necessary as training is provided.
  • You should possess excellent teamwork and reliability skills, with good time-keeping habits.
  • A manufacturing background is essential, with knowledge of machine operating and setting.
  • Familiarity with quality checking and assurance processes is also required.
Working Conditions

This is a continental shift pattern role, working 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off. Days: 7am-7pm, Nights: 7pm-7am.

Hourly rate: £99.00.
