Despatch Coordinator

Our company, Coveris Management GmbH, is seeking a skilled Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Dorset. This role offers an exciting opportunity for early finishes on Fridays, with working hours from 08:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday and 08:00-14:00 on Friday.

The ideal candidate will be part of our Despatch Team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Following company policies, procedures, and systems
• Collaborating with the finishing rewind department to transfer orders to WIP pallets, support the CS Team with delivery failures, and liaise with internal departments for job readiness
• Utilizing couriers' portals and MIS system for shipping, maintaining up-to-date finished goods stock, and driving company van according to schedules
• Covering Goods In and supporting the recycling program while adhering to Health & Safety and Hygiene policies

Key requirements for this position include effective communication, dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as being friendly, approachable, flexible, professional, forward-thinking, proactive, positive, and enthusiastic. Computer literacy is also essential.
