The Opportunity: Associate Director - Corporate Tax
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our growing Wealth and Asset Management team in London. This role offers the chance to work with leading clients across the industry, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance on complex tax matters.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on a wide range of corporate tax issues, including structuring transactions, M&A activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of evolving tax legislation and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities and risks for clients.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing knowledge.
- Proven experience in corporate tax within the Wealth and Asset Management sector.
- Strong technical expertise in relevant tax areas, including international taxation, transfer pricing, and VAT.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA).
