Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at HMP YOI Moorland. As a Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist in delivering high-quality care to patients.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, helping with wellbeing clinics and initiatives, and being a key part of the treatment journey. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a care environment, ideally with exposure to occupational health or physiotherapy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £28,690 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and extensive wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.
