About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Success Talent. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team by analyzing trade performance, recommending steps to optimize profitability, and contributing to managing stock orders from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trade performance and recommend steps to optimize profitability.
  • Contribute to managing stock orders from suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor and adjust stock distribution across channels where necessary.
  • Mentor trainee merchandisers and develop your own skills through ongoing learning and research.
  • Play an active role in advancing the company's sustainability goals.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong numerical skills and excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate. Previous experience as an allocator, trainee merchandiser, or assistant merchandiser is essential. Ideally, you will have experience within a retail environment.
