Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Tesco Travel Money team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
- Nurture and mentor team members to maintain high levels of customer service and enable them to perform to the best of their ability.
- Focus on customer feedback, service levels, and team performance to implement processes and solutions that improve outputs and achieve objectives.
- Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and operational, and customer-focused.
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
- Implement and drive best legal practice and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
