About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Howden Group Holdings as a Strategic Workday Implementation Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Workday Implementation Roadmap across the globe, ensuring countries and businesses are aligned with global standard HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as an expert for Workday administration - HR transactions, business process configuration, and design.
  • Work with project teams in the analysis, development, implementation and support of HR projects & changes.
  • Support local teams in understanding and providing project requirements including employee data and business organisation structures.
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday.
  • Ensure Workday is fully integrated with key business systems.
  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data.
  • Assess requirements and perform impact assessments to support the Change team.
  • Promote the best possible user experience in Workday.
  • Support training and engagement to ensure stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar Workday deployment role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Workday Certification or WorkdayPro certifications preferred.
